We are living through truly unprecedented times…and you have stuck by us this entire year. Words truly cannot express the gratitude we feel for our friends, families, and clients who have believed in and supported our small business since we opened our doors in 2012.
Because of your kindness and generosity and donations to our company, we have been able to keep our doors open for 2020 and beyond, during an unparalleled time in the entertainment industry for professional performers, entertainers, and artists. The arts and entertainment world is vital to our well-being and to childhood development - and it will be one of the very last fields to return to a semblance of “normalcy”. All of our performers (most of whom are also professional full-time theme park or film/tv/theatrical performers) have been unable to work for nine months and counting, which has been incredibly devastating to our team and our families in addition to the many other difficulties this momentous time has brought.
With the situation changing rapidly, sometimes down to the week or day - we have been doing everything in our power to offer safe and fun alternate entertainment during this difficult time, and thanks to you - many of our performers can continue to do what they love and are trained to do, as much and as safely as possible, in hopes that we can still bring some joy and magic to you and your loved ones and to all ages and communities. We know this storm will pass eventually, and we hope to be able to keep sailing through it until we can get back to more normalcy.
BUT, IN THE MEANTIME!
We are happy to be able to still offer a few different options for entertainment, per current health guidelines via the CDC and the California Department of Public Health.
VIRTUAL OPTIONS: With our virtual options offered since April 2020, we’ve been able to expand our entertainment offerings throughout the country and the world, and have done character calls and parties via the internet for children, workplaces and their employees, schools, and families in states outside of California as well as in the United Kingdom, the Middle East, etc. This is something we definitely never expected to do, and we hope to be able to keep offering this for the future.
SOCIALLY DISTANCED VISITS: As of November 2020, we are also happily able to extend our offerings to allow for very small, socially distanced/outdoors/masked events with select characters. We are constantly checking state, local, and federal guidelines and advisories, so please know that this is subject to rapidly change.

We have had to completely revamp our longtime company offerings and policies for the time being, and thank you so much for your patience as we all navigate and sail through this current storm together.
